Our philanthropic mission is to host and inspire lifestyle and wine centric events that raise money to provide financial support to the families, friends and fighters in their battle with Cancer.
Our BOARD is responsible for our due diligence regarding our 501c3 status, being proud stewards of the community and the mission, and the review and approval for the funding requests by Cancer fighters.

Nick Mignone
Nick is an Associate at Harbor View Advisors and focuses on sell-side M&A and capital raise assignments primarily in the HR Tech space. Nick is an aspiring foodie who enjoys traveling with friends, puzzles, dry humor, and live music. Follow on LinkedIn.

Janette Wilcox
Janette works as the Managing Director - Florida Zone for Marsh, a global leader in insurance broking and risk management. She is a Jacksonville native, born and raised (which is rare). She loves running, and got involved with Chemo Noir because her family has been affected by cancer for many years on multiple levels and it’s something she is very passionate about. Nicole has been part of the organization since it's inception, and has worked closely with amazing partners and sponsors. She was inspired by Kat's story and vision and believes strongly in the Chemo Noir mission. Nicole has a deep desire to help those in need.
